Tights

To ensure that there are no discrepancies in color and style, students are required to have the following tights for their classes. Tights are available at the studio. Be sure to purchase the correct style. Please purchase new tights for the recital, and do not wear or wash them before the dress rehearsal or performance. (Note: Having a second pair of tights on hand offers students and parents a great sense of security.)

Hair and Makeup

All female students are required to wear makeup for the recital: red lipstick, blush, brown eye shadow (not blue), eyeliner and mascara. For the boys, a little blush works well.

Uniform hairstyles are required. All female students must wear their hair in a low bun. No bangs or beads are allowed. Dancers with short hair must pull their hair away from the face and slick it down.

Our daughter began dancing at PSOD when she was 4 years old. We did our research and many parents at our daughter's school recommended PSOD. The dance teachers are genuinely interested in the students and you can tell they love dance and teaching. The studio is a friendly and nurturing environment. I have been so impressed with the level of professionalism and organization. The class photos, costumes, and recitals are wonderful - you can tell they put a lot of hard work and heart into it. I also have to say that we really appreciate that the dance routines , music and costumes are age appropriate which was important to us. I would highly recommend PSOD.

About Panorama School of Dance

Panorama School of Dance has been teaching children to dance in Surrey and Delta for over 30 years. Our first students are now coming back with their own children! This is an amazing sight to see and a testament to the unique experience that these young mothers remember from their childhood.

Panorama not only teaches children how to dance, but promotes personal development, poise, self-confidence, health and fitness. Throughout the years we have grown from a small local church studio with a dozen students to a dance school with 2 locations including 6 studios and over 500 families. Through this growth, the personal touch has not been lost.
