Adult ' Fit' (10 openings)

Wednesdays at Ridge from 8:00pm-9:00pm (19 - 60yrs)

A full body workout. This class can be a moderate or rigorous depending on what your body allows you to do. There will be interval training sequences with high-intensity exercises that can be modified at any time. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong. Class will consist of: Short cardio burst A full body stretch Strengthening exercises including arms, legs and core Centre work including upbeat movements Across the floor exercises Circuit training Cooldown stretch One-minute Savasana to relax.

Adult Dance / Ballet (2 openings)

Would you like to join the fun in our ADULT dance this year? We are offering a 10 week session through the winter (Oct 3 - Dec 12 *Please note there is no class on Oct. 31) where moms, big sisters (or brothers), older friends AND dads can come and learn some basic tap steps and choreography. This class will be lots of fun, and great exercise too! No previous dance experience is necessary.

This class will be lots of fun, and great exercise too! No previous dance experience is necessary.
